Peridance is excited to present a fully produced performance on Saturday, February 22nd, 2024 at the KnJ Theater showcasing three choreographers who span various dance genres, ages, and stages of their careers alongside Peridance's Artist in Residence. Choreographers interested in presenting their work should submit an application to Peridance Center by filling out the form below by no later than November 15, 2024 at 11:59 PM EST. 
 

Selected choreographers will be announced on Friday, December 13th.

IMPORTANT Information for Choreographer before applying:

• Choreographers will be asked to present a minimum of 7 minutes and maximum of 10 minutes of choreography

• Choreographers will receive 45 minutes of tech time at the KnJ Theater at Peridance Center with the Stage Manager and Lighting Technician (who will assist with the lighting of the piece)

• Choreographers will receive “Full Stage” video footage of the performance

• Choreographers will receive 1.5 hours of free rehearsal studio time at Peridance Center the week of the performance

• Choreographers will be required to participate in marketing/advertising campaigns. Within this participation, choreographers will each be required to sell 25 tickets to the performance on February 22nd.

IMPORTANT Additional Information:

Choreographers will be responsible and required to sell 25 tickets to the performance. They have the following two options to sell the required tickets:

1. Choreographers can purchase a bundle of 25 tickets upfront from Peridance Center at a discounted rate of $20 per ticket which they can then sell directly to the public.

2. Choreographers can sell tickets through Peridance Center. If this option is chosen and in the event that the required 25 tickets are not sold, the Choreographer will be invoiced for and required to pay the sum of the remaining unsold tickets at the full retail price of $25 per ticket on the day of the performance.
