Eleina D Dance Company (Aerial - Contemporary Dance) was founded in 2011 to combine the spectacle of aerial dance with the sensitivity of the gesture of contemporary dance. Artistic Directors, Vito Casino and Claudia Cavalli, met at the Mvula Sungani Company in Rome, Italy. During the production of Sete, Eleina D. was awarded the audience award "Ex Aequo" at the "G'D'A" competition. In 2013, they began collaborating with KATAKLÒ as dancers, choreographers, and teachers. The Extract Pelle (collaboration with Zamaga) is performed in Italy, the Netherlands, Brazil, and Turkey. After the victory in the National Competition Extreme Dance Championship, Claudia Cavalli won all the awards (Best Costume, Best Showgirl, Professional Silks Champion, Ultimate Champion) in Hong Kong (PPS Aerial Tournament Performance) choreographed by Vito Casino. Since 2014 they have been choreographing for Hell in the Cave - an underground aerial sho.
