CLASS DESCRIPTION

The class begins with simple improvisational exercises to articulate the body and built awareness. It explores movement through weight, time, and space. The class then evolves into individual and group tasks which creates a multi dimensional awareness. The latter part of the class is dedicated to phrase work. The students will get an opportunity to use their earlier discoveries on a composition of movements.
